Cost

• The basic fee reflects an adequate and safe number of shared staff to support each person.
• In addition to this each person receives additional support dependent upon their assessed needs. An example of this is one: one support for defined times of the day, defined activities or particular tasks.
• Additional support needs are reflected in the persons positive support plan which reflects the contractual agreement with the commissioning authority.
• Overnight there are two waking night staff members.
• An on call system ensures that additional support is available as required.
